The ZEE Goalkeeper Academy, Port Orange Soccer Club, Stetson FA, Stetson University Men’s Soccer Daytona Soccer Club, Daytona State Men’s Soccer and the City of Port Orange team up for a Goalkeeper/Striker clinic to raise funds for the HADC (Help a Diabetic Child) Foundation.
Monday October 14th 2019 (no school in Volusia County) from 9.00 am to 11.00 am at City Center Sports Complex in Port Orange. We’re inviting all goalkeepers and field players to join us for a One-Of-A-Kind 2 hour clinic! Get the chance to work with the coaches from the Daytona State College Men’s Soccer program, The ZEE Goalkeeper Academy and The USL Team Daytona Soccer Club.
You’ll have this opportunity to train under college, USL, Academy, UEFA A and USSF A Pro-Licensed coaches. Stetson University and Daytona State Men’s Soccer will be present with several of their roster players, both goalkeepers and field players, giving you the chance to test your skills against soccer players from a college program!
Tuition per camper is only $15 and all proceeds of the clinic will be turned over to the HADC foundation.
“HADC purchased diabetes medical supplies, insulin and services for children and college students who have diabetes and are struggling to get these life saving supplies because their families are struggling financially”
In the US there are 1,250,000 Type 1 diabetics – 40% are under the age of 18 – 200,000 of them have little or no access at all to life saving insulin! In Volusia County alone 6 children died in 2018 for lack of this “Life Saving” medication! WE WANT TO HELP!
As of today: The Daytona State Men’s Soccer, Daytona Soccer Club, Port Orange SC, Stetson F.A. Stetson University Men’s Soccer and the Zee Goalkeeper Academy are going to do their part and hopefully other soccer programs in the county will follow.
Let us spend two hours together, all Volusia County soccer programs welded together as one for an amazing cause!
